Here's what it means to be on the Sojourn team:

This Is What We Do - Here at Sojourn we facilitate groups (youth, churches, sports teams, corporate businesses, etc...) through experiences that help them improve their group dynamics.  We do this by using experiential learning.   To "facilitate" means, making a process or action easy/easier. We use low rope and high rope activities to push participants outside of their comfort zones in order that they may grow.  Our job is to ask questions and facilitate conversations toward specific group goals throughout each experience so that participants leave with an increased awareness of themselves and others.

We are a ministry of Perimeter Church which means we love Jesus and love getting to talk about what He has done in our lives. Sojourn staff invest in each other's lives in order to grow together and grow in our spiritual walk as followers of Christ. We follow our mission statement on and off the job to truly show our staff we are a team that loves one another as Jesus loves us.
